CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS I AM NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH?

To ensure that your shopping experience with Horse and Harness is completely hassle free, we provide you the option to return products in a convenient and transparent manner. To be eligible for returns, the products must be in unused and re-saleable condition. You can place a request for returns within 10 days of receiving your product.

REFUND

HOW LONG WILL THE ENTIRE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?

It can take up to 14 working days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 7 working days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE RETURN?

On successful processing refund, the refund amount of item value minus the shipping amount will be credited back into your account through which you had initially made the payment. In case of payment made via Cash on Delivery (CoD), the amount will be credited back into the account of your choice. DAMAGED ITEMS AND INCORRECT SHIPMENTS If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your returns by writing to us at support@horseandharness.com A photo image is helpful to speed up claims.
